Prepare the Ingredients

Wash and chop the bitter lemon, pineapple, and apple into small pieces. Set aside.

Juicing

In a blender, combine the chopped bitter lemon, pineapple, and apple. Add 2 cups of water and blend until smooth.

Strain the Mixture

Using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, strain the blended mixture into a pitcher to remove pulp, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible.

Add Lemon Juice and Sweetener

Stir in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of honey or sweetener into the strained juice. Mix well until the honey dissolves.

Serving

Chill and Garnish

Refrigerate the Lemon Drop mixture for at least 30 minutes. Serve in glasses over ice, garnished with lemon slices and mint leaves.
