Measure Ingredients

Gather all the necessary ingredients including dried chamomile flowers, water, and optional sweeteners such as honey or sugar.

Boil Water

In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil over medium heat.

Once the water is boiling, remove the pot from heat and add 2 tablespoons of dried chamomile flowers.
