Prepare the Mango Puree

Step 1: Peel and Chop

Peel the ripe mangoes, remove the pit, and chop them into smaller pieces.

In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup. Blend until smooth.

Step 1: Muddle the Mint

In a glass, add fresh mint leaves and gently muddle them with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their oils.

Pour about 1/2 cup of the mango puree over the muddled mint, then add the sparkling water or club soda. Stir gently to combine.
