Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Beef

Start by taking the beef strip loin out of the refrigerator and letting it rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes. This helps the meat cook more evenly.

2

Season the Meat

Rub the beef strip loin with olive oil, ensuring it's evenly coated. Then sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and chopped rosemary on both sides of the meat, pressing the spices into the surface.

3

Preheat the Grill or Pan

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If using a grill, make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled.

4

Cook the Beef

Place the seasoned strip loin on the hot grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C). Adjust the cooking time based on your preferred doneness.

5

Rest the Meat

Once cooked to your liking, remove the beef from the heat and let it rest on a cutting board for about 10 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.

6

Slice and Serve

After resting, slice the beef against the grain into thin strips. Serve immediately, and enjoy your delicious strip loin!
