Method

Prepare the Beef Patties

1

Mix the Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the Wagyu beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently with your hands until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

2

Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form them into patties that are slightly larger than the slider buns, as they will shrink while cooking.

Cook the Patties

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

4

Cook the Patties

Place the patties on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes for medium rare. In the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.

Assemble the Sliders

5

Prepare the Buns

Slice the slider buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill or in a toaster.

6

Add the Sauce

Spread a generous amount of the house-made steak sauce and BBQ sauce on the bottom half of each toasted slider bun.

7

Add the Patties and Toppings

Place a cooked Wagyu beef patty on each bun, top with pickles, and cover with the top half of the bun.

Serve

8

Enjoy

Serve the sliders immediately while hot, with extra BBQ sauce on the side if desired.
