Beverage Components

Caramelized Sugar Rim

Method

Caramelized Sugar Rim

1

Prepare the Sugar Rim

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons of water. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves completely and begins to bubble. Allow it to cook until it turns a golden amber color, being careful not to burn it.

2

Coat the Glass

Once the sugar has caramelized, quickly dip the rim of your glass into the caramelized sugar. Rotate the glass to ensure an even coating. Set aside to cool and harden.

Beverage Preparation

3

Brew the Coffee

Brew 1 cup of Terra coffee and 1 cup of Rowster coffee separately. Allow them to cool slightly before mixing.

4

Mix the Ingredients

In a large mixing glass, combine the brewed Terra coffee, Rowster coffee, Terra Irish cream, and Amaretto. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.

5

Serve the Drink

Pour the mixture into the prepared glass with the caramelized sugar rim. Optionally, top with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cocoa powder for garnish.
