Prepare the Strawberry Puree

If you don't have pre-made strawberry puree, blend fresh strawberries until smooth, then strain to remove seeds. Measure out 1 oz for the cocktail.

Juice the Lemon

Squeeze half a lemon to extract 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice. Set aside.

Mixing

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of BOMBAY SAPPHIRE GIN, 1 oz of strawberry puree, and 0.5 oz of lemon juice.

Shake

Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain

Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.

Add Ginger Beer

Top the glass with 4 oz of ginger beer for a refreshing fizz.

Garnishing

Garnish the Cocktail

Slice fresh strawberries and place them on the rim of the glass. Add a lemon wedge for an extra touch.
