Method

Brewing the Coffee

1

Prepare the Coffee Grounds

Measure 2 cups of Koloa coffee beans and grind them to a medium-fine consistency using a coffee grinder.

2

Boil the Water

In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

3

Brew the Coffee

Once the water boils, remove it from the heat and add the ground coffee. Stir gently to ensure all grounds are submerged. Allow to steep for 4-5 minutes.

4

Strain the Coffee

After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter into a clean carafe or pot to remove the grounds.

Serving the Coffee

5

Add Optional Ingredients

If desired, pour 1 cup of milk into the brewed coffee. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder to taste. Stir well to combine.

6
