Preparation

1

Prepare the Blueberries

Rinse 1 cup of blueberries under cold water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel.

2

Prepare the Strawberries

Remove the green tops from 1 cup of strawberries. Rinse them under cold water and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on your preference.

3

Prepare the Pineapple

If using a fresh pineapple, peel the skin and remove the core. Cut the pineapple into bite-sized chunks to make 1 cup. If using canned pineapple, drain the juice thoroughly.

4

Combine the Fruits

In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared blueberries, strawberries, and pineapple chunks. Gently toss the fruits together to distribute them evenly.

5

Serve

Scoop the fruit mixture into serving bowls or plates. Enjoy immediately as a fresh and healthy snack or dessert.
