Method
Cauliflower Preparation
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) to ensure a crispy texture.
Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss well to coat evenly.
Roast the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
Toss with Buffalo Sauce
Once roasted, remove the cauliflower from the oven and transfer to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
Blue Cheese Dressing Preparation
Mix the Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
Taste and Adjust
Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if desired.
