Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the garlic bread.

Preheat the Oven

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, minced garlic cloves, chopped fresh parsley, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise, making sure not to cut all the way through. You want to create a hinge so the bread stays connected.

Spread the prepared garlic butter mixture evenly on the cut sides of the French bread, ensuring to cover all areas.

Place the bread halves on a baking sheet, cut side up, and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the bread is toasted.

Remove the garlic bread from the oven, allow to cool slightly, then cut into smaller pieces and serve warm.

Dice the tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.

Prepare the Tomatoes

Chop the fresh basil leaves and add them to the diced tomatoes. Mince the garlic cloves and add them as well. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix gently until combined.

Cut the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Lightly brush one side of each baguette slice with olive oil.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Place the baguette slices oil-side down on the grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes, until the bread is toasted and has grill marks. Flip and grill the other side for another 1-2 minutes.

Once the bread is grilled, remove it from the grill and let it cool slightly. Spoon the tomato and basil mixture generously on top of each slice.

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure it’s ready for the batter.

Grease four 6-ounce ramekins with butter and dust them lightly with cocoa powder to prevent sticking. Place them on a baking sheet.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the unsalted butter and semisweet chocolate. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until completely melted and smooth.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, large eggs, large egg yolks, and vanilla extract until well combined and slightly frothy.

In a blender, combine 1 cup of frozen strawberries, 1 cup of frozen mango, and 1 cup of frozen pineapple. Blend until smooth.

Prepare the Frozen Fruit Mix

Add 1 cup of rum, 1 cup of coconut cream, 1 tbs of fresh lime juice, and 2 tbs of simple syrup to the blender with the fruit mix. Blend again until all ingredients are fully combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Pour the frozen cocktail mixture into glasses. Garnish each drink with a few mint leaves. Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy!
