Prepare the Glass
Fill a highball or mule cup with ice cubes to chill.
Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine Tito's Handmade Vodka, blackberry-sage simple syrup, and fresh lime juice. Add ice and shake well.
Combine with Ginger Beer
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Top it off with ginger beer and gently stir to combine.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with fresh mint leaves, blackberries, and a lime wedge. Serve immediately.
