Prepare the Glass
Fill a tall glass with ice.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Conejos mezcal, fresh lemon juice, Aperol, and Cynar. Shake well until mixed and chilled.
Combine and Top Up
Strain the mixture over the ice-filled glass and top with soda water.
