Prepare the Yamaimo

Peel the yamaimo and grate it finely using a grater. Set aside.

Prepare the Quail Eggs

Carefully crack the quail eggs and separate the yolk from the white, placing them into separate small bowls.

Assembly

Combine Ingredients

In a small shooter glass, layer the grated yamaimo first, followed by the uni, and then gently add the quail egg yolk on top.

Add Dashi

Pour the dashi broth over the layered ingredients, filling the glass to the rim.

Garnish

Top the shooter with a piece of wasabi pickle for a spicy kick.
