Roll Out Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
Spread Filling
Evenly spread the filling mixture over the rolled-out dough.
Roll and Cut
Starting from one long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log. Cut the log into equal pieces (about 2 inches thick).

Baking
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) during the second rise.
Bake
Bake the badash bakes in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Topping Preparation
Make Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Glaze Bakes
Once the badash bakes are out of the oven and slightly cooled, drizzle the glaze over the top.
