Preparation

1

Infusing Lavender

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with dried lavender buds. Bring to a gentle simmer and let it steep for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and strain the lavender infusion into a bowl, discarding the buds.

2

Blending Blueberries

In a blender, combine the blueberries, the strained lavender infusion, and the fresh lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

3

Mixing Lemonade

In a pitcher, combine the blueberry-lavender mixture with the remaining 3 cups of water. Stir well. Add honey or agave syrup to taste, adjusting sweetness as desired.

Serving

4

Chill and Serve

Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 30 minutes to chill. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh blueberries and a sprig of lavender if desired.
