Cooking Monkfish

Prepare Monkfish

Season the monkfish fillets with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the monkfish for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and let it rest.
