Classic Cheeseburger*

Rinse the brown lentils under cold water and set aside. Chop the onion, carrot, and celery into small pieces. Mince the garlic cloves.

Prepare the ingredients

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, carrot, and celery. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.

Sauté the vegetables

Stir in the minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.

Add garlic and spices

Add the rinsed brown lentils, vegetable broth, canned diced tomatoes (with juice), and bay leaf to the pot. Bring the mixture to a boil.

Combine lentils and broth

Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Let it simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until the lentils are tender.

Simmer the soup

Stir in the fresh spinach and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the spinach is wilted.

Remove the bay leaf and serve the soup hot, garnished with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Select five cocktail glasses and chill them if desired. This will ensure that your drinks stay cool longer.

Prepare the Glasses

Using a jigger, measure 1.5 oz of Vodka, Gin, Rum, and Tequila for each drink. Pour the spirits into the prepared glasses.

Measure Spirits

To each glass, add 4 oz of tonic water, soda water, lemonade, cranberry juice, or cola as per your preference. Mix gently to combine.

Add Mixers

For each drink, add a lemon wedge, a lime wedge, mint leaves, and a cherry. Optionally, add an orange slice for extra flavor and decoration.

Add Garnishes

Serve the well drinks immediately while chilled. Encourage guests to stir before sipping to mix the flavors.

Choose your favorite beers from the selection, which includes Craft Lager, IPA, Stout, and Wheat Beer.

Select Your Beers

Place the selected beers in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to ensure they are cold.

Chill the Beers

If desired, slice fresh lemons and wash mint leaves. Optionally, prepare a salt rim by rubbing a lemon wedge around the rim of your glass and dipping it in salt.

Prepare Garnishes

Pour each type of beer into a separate glass or pitcher. Add lemon slices and mint leaves as garnish, and serve with the option of a salt rim.

Collect all the ingredients including light beer, dark beer, lemon wedges, and salt.

Gather Your Ingredients

Select two large steins or beer mugs for serving.

Prepare Your Glasses

In a large pitcher, gently mix together the light beer and dark beer until well combined.

Combine the Beers

Pour the beer mixture into the prepared steins. Squeeze a lemon wedge over each stein and rim the glass with salt for added flavor.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

In another bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Combine Dry Ingredients

Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, and mix until everything is well combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded tablespoons of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.

Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Insert a wooden skewer into each mini bratwurst sausage, pushing it in about halfway through.

Prepare the Mini Bratwurst

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and vegetable oil until smooth.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.

In a large, heavy-bottomed pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Dip each bratwurst on a skewer into the corn dog batter, allowing excess batter to drip off. Carefully place it into the hot oil. Fry in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally.

Mixing the Base
